What are your shipment options?

We use UPS Ground and FedEx Ground to ship all standard orders.

What is your return policy?

All returns are subject to LEDPROFILES's approval along with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Restocking fee of %20 are applied to standard products returns. Initial Shipping Cost and Return Shipping costs are at customers expense.
- What if my shipment is Damaged?
- Although we try to pack all shipments with the greatest care, there may be the occasion when a shipment arrives damaged. If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, do not accept it. If you do accept it insist on a damaged notation on the freight bill by the delivery person before you accept the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and PACKING MATERIAL and contact LEDPROFILES immediately. All damage claims must be made within 7 working days of receipt. We are NOT responsible for shipping damage.

What is your average lead time for LED Channels?

We stock a large array of LED Channels. Most of our LED Channels are shipped on same or next business day.

What if I need a custom length size for LED Channels ?

We stock all of our LED Profiles in 4ft (47'') and 8ft (96'') lengths. We don't offer cut to length custom sizes.
