Shipping & Returns 

  • What is your Order Processing and Shipping policy?

    • We operate Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST. All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays or weekends. Orders placed outside of business hours and on weekends will be processed the next business day.

    • Express shipping cut-off time is 12PM PST. Orders placed after 12PM PST will be processed the next business day.
    • We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Los Angeles, CA. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it will take 1-5 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your address and shipping service choice.
    • We ship all orders with UPS based on your choice of shipping service. Shipping rates include: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Next Day Air Saver. Please note that the delivery dates shown during checkout are estimated delivery dates based on UPS Transit Day Map.
    • UPS requires Additional Handling Service for all 8ft packages and UPS do not provide delivery date guarantees for Additional Handling Service required shipments, including express shipping services like UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3-Day. Please plan for additional days in transit for delivery.
    • All orders of $1000 and more will be shipped out with a Signature Required Delivery shipping service to ensure that your order is delivered and received safely. If you would like us to ship your order without a signature requirement, please contact us to sign a waiverTo do this, you will need to complete and sign a release form, prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse. Please note that if you choose this option you are releasing LEDPROFILES and the carrier from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door. Note: Signature Requirements cannot be removed once the item is in transit. If you do not waive the signature requirement prior to the order’s departure, then you will be responsible for all shipping fees in the return and reshipment of your item.
  • What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

    • Standard products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days return window.

    • All returns are subject to LEDPROFILES's approval along with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

    • Restocking fee of %20 are applied to standard products returns. No Restocking fee will be applied for product exchanges.

    • Any custom order products are non returnable/non refundable.

    • Initial Shipping Cost and Return Shipping costs are at customers expense for all Returns and Exchanges. 

  • What if my shipment is Damaged or have Missing items?
    • We require our customers to inspect all received packages and report any damage/missing items within 7 days of receipt. No Exceptions!
    • Although we try to pack all shipments with the greatest care, there may be the occasion when a shipment arrives damaged or may have missing items. If you receive a shipment with obvious carton damage, DO NOT ACCEPT it. If you do accept it insist on a DAMAGED NOTATION on the freight bill by the delivery person BEFORE YOU ACCEPT the shipment. Contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY and request an inspection. This must be done prior to filling a damage claim. If you must unpack, SAVE ALL BOXES and PACKING MATERIAL and contact LEDPROFILES immediately.
    • All damage/missing item claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. No Exceptions!

Products & Services

    • What is your average lead time for LED Channels?

      • We stock a large array of LED Channels. Most of our LED Channels are shipped on same or next business day.

    • What if I need a custom length size for LED Channels ?

      • We stock all of our LED Profiles in 8ft (94'') and 10ft (118'') lengths. We don't offer cut to length custom sizes unless necessary for shipping size limitations. Custom length LED Channels are not returnable/refundable.
