Return & Refund Policy

At LEDPROFILES, we take pride in the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process for eligible items. Please review the guidelines below for details on our return and refund policy.

Returns

• Standard products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be unused and undamaged to be eligible for a return.
• All returns require LEDPROFILES' approval and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to all standard product returns. Restocking fees do not apply to product exchanges.
• Custom product orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. 
• Initial Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted.
• All return shipments must include the RMA number.
• Please ensure products are properly packaged to prevent any potential damage during transit. We are not responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.
• Returned Products must be received by LEDPROFILES within twenty (20) days of RMA number issuance or the RMA will be canceled.

Refunds

• Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and notify you of the return status.
• If the items are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method after deducting the initial shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
• For order cancellations, a 3% credit card fee applies.
