General Shipping Information

LEDPROFILES is based in Los Angeles, California, where we stock a large selection of LED Channels. We handle all shipping directly from our Los Angeles warehouse to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

  • We ship to physical addresses within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Local pickup is not available currently.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

  • We operate Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST.
  • All standard orders are processed within the same or next business day.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed the next business day.
  • Express shipping cut-off time is 12 PM PST. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • We primarily ship via UPS, offering the following options:
    • UPS Ground
    • UPS 3-Day Select
    • UPS 2nd Day Air
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver
  • Shipping transit time varies based on location and service selected, typically ranging from 1–5 business days
  • We offer Free UPS Ground Shipping for orders over $150. (Excluding AK, HI, PR)
  • Express Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and cart weight.
  • Estimated delivery dates at checkout are based on UPS Transit Day Map and are subject to change.

Important Shipping Notes

  • UPS applies Additional Handling Service to all 8ft packages, and UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for these shipments, including express shipping options (Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day, or 3-Day). Please allow extra time for delivery. In the event of a delayed express shipment, UPS will not issue a service charge refund for the late delivery.
  • Orders over $1,000 will be shipped with Signature Required Delivery to ensure safe receipt.
    • If you prefer to waive this requirement, you must sign a release form before shipment.
    • Once an order is in transit, the signature requirement cannot be removed.
    • If the signature requirement is not waived prior to shipment, the customer is responsible for all return and reshipment fees.

Damaged or Missing Items

While we take great care in packaging shipments, damage or missing items may occasionally occur.

  • Customers must inspect all received packages and report any damage or missing items within 7 days of receipt—No exceptions!
  • Any claims submitted after this 7-day period will not be processed.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable for any damaged item claims.
